The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at www.heart.co.uk/ , www.galaxy.co.uk/, www.capitalradio.co.uk) apply to ‘Xbox Lips’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Oct 21st to Nov 29th, 09 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart/Capital/Galaxy.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
- 1) Details of the Competition
- To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
- 1.1 COMP 1 to win Xbox 360’s and copy of the Lips Number 1 hits
- Go online to www.heart.co.uk/ - www.galaxy.co.uk/ - www.capitalradio.co.uk and answer the simple question.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all of the correct entries.
- Online entry will open at 0600, 21st Oct on and close at Midnight on 29th Nov
- The winners will be notified by letter within 28 days of comp closing
- 1.2 COMP 2 – to star in a music video with Lily Allen
- Go online to www.heart.co.uk/www.galaxy.co.uk/www.capitalradio.co.uk and find out where the Xbox Booths are located
- Visit the booth near you, go inside, on your own or with friends and sing the full version of the song – ‘The Fear’ by Lily Allen.
- This will be recorded both in audio and visual
- You will be asked to sign a release form, allowing the footage of your recording to be used for commercial purposes (in a TV commercial and Music video)
- All videos will be downloaded and watched by the judging panel
- A clip from a number of peoples auditions in the booth will be used in the music video
- The judging panel will consist of representatives from the Record label and Global Radio

The criteria the performance will be based on include, but this list is not extensive:
- Phrasing and character in the voice
- Singing in key
- Timing
- Fun element
- Entertainment appeal
- The panels decision is final
- At no point will the entrants meet or record with the artist as part of this prize
- The chosen entrants will not be given notice or chance to opt out of their footage being included in the video

- 2.1 COMP 1 – An Xbox 360 console and a copy of the Lips Number 1 Hits game COMP 2 – To star alongside Lily Allen in the re release of her single and video. ‘The Fear’ (details above)
